All products sold on Icyfind are digital downloads delivered electronically after successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following limited situations:
Duplicate Transactions
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
Technical Issues
If a digital file cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a system error on our platform.
Incorrect Delivery
If the delivered product is clearly different from the product description.
If a technical issue occurs, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
providing a new download link
re-delivering the correct file
Only if the issue cannot be resolved will a refund be considered.
